The Bolla philosophy is linked to tradition and to the region. The long process which leads the grapes to become wine is a great network of winegrowers which carry their grapes along the roads of Valpolicella to the vinification. Areas rich with passion, farmers who have always looked after the vineyards and the new generations who perfect their management. The communes of Negrar, San Pietro in Cariano, Domegliara and then in the homeland area of Soave, Monteforte d’Alpone, Fittą and also Custoza, Sona, Castelnuovo for one of our best white wines, to end at Bardolino, Calmasino, and Lazise where loads of red grapes leave the road to become a fragrant chiaretto.
